Aleksandar Stefan Radišević
He finished ''Isidor Bajić'' music high school in Novi Sad in the class conducted by Prof. Milica Stojadinović and Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in the studio of the world famous mezzo soprano Prof. Biserka Cvejić.
During his high school years he was a scholar of ''Melanija Bugarinović Fund'', and during his student days a scholar of ''Madlena Janković—Zepter Fund'' - these two funds support the most tallented young musicians in the country.
Together with Slobodan Trkulja he participated in ''Balkanopolis'' ethno music project and later with his friend Vladimir Moritz he founded VIVID music band. Together they released the electro-pop album ''True stories'' for ''Peoplesound'', a UK record company. He was the author and the singer in ''Kiša ide...'' world music album inspired by the ethno music of Serbia, Macedonia and Bulgaria that was released by ''City Records'' in 2002.
He is an honorary member of ''Million Wonders'' children music festival in Bulgaria, Sofia-Bankia, and the consultant of ''Balcan Youth Festival'' - Sandanski, Bulgaria where he was awarded the best international performer award in 2003.
He works for TV Serbia and TV Vojvodina, regularly performs in music concerts and has held more than 50 concerts of baroque, lied, musical and evergreen music in Serbia and abroad.
He worked for seven years as a professor of belcanto in primary and high music school ''Petar Krančević'' in Sremska Mitrovica. During this time many of his students won numerous prestigeous awards in local and international music competitions. |
